Exhaustion, Flights, Giveaways & OOTDS

Hello guys!

Ah! It feels like forever since I've done a blog post! I'm very sorry about that, it's just that the few days before I left the country were insanely busy trying to tie up all of my loose ends! Anyways, I am now here in London relaxing on the couch after a long day of sight seeing!

Can I just say how exhausted I am? I literally haven't slept in about 26-27 hours. Well, technically I did sleep a little bit on the plane but it was definitely for less than an hour, so it doesn't count! :) On the plane I could not get my chair to recline so then I had this awkward kink in my neck, and Sarah was not a happy girl! But anyways, when we had about 2 hours left in our flight I was able to recline my chair and snooze for a bit until the flight attendants woke us up for breakfast.

Enough about that, I did a little bit of shopping today (naturally) and I got some goodies for you guys! I think the way that I'm going to do the giveaway is have 2 separate giveaways. One for everything I bought you guys from London, and one for everything I bought you guys from Paris. Now, I'm leaving for Paris tomorrow morning (ridiculously early) so I will probably be posting my London giveaway while I'm there. I think that I am going to try to pick up a few more things either tonight or tomorrow morning. I know that it is only about 7 p.m. here right now (2 p.m. EST - what I'm used to) but it feels like 11:30 p.m. to me! I am dead. Well, not literally... But you know what I mean... Right?

Anyways, I think I'm going to go now and do my 'What's in my travel makeup bag' post. So keep your eyes open for that! Oh! Also, I got this super adorable pink trench coat that I think I'm going to be wearing to the train station tomorrow so I'm feeling an OOTD, so look out for that as well! :)

Please forgive me if my posts are sporadic, I should have done some pre-blogging before I left, but oh well! Can't change that now!

Let me know what you guys have been up to in the comments!

Alright guys, have a beautiful day! I will talk to you very soon! :)

P.S. Sorry for the rambling! <3

Pre-Paris Haul

Hi guys!
Some of you may know this, but for those of you that don't, I'm leaving for Paris and London in 3 days!!:) Seeing as I'm leaving so soon there were a few things that I needed to pick up before we left.
Please ignore the random tub of lotion! I needed it to hold up my powder. :)
I recently realized that I don't have a black eyeliner that I actually like. I mean I have the MUFE one but it's a mini and personally, I'm not totally in love with it. So, after much research I decided to try this one out! I believe that it was only $3.99 so the price is right!
I am also running low on my Maybelline Dream Matte Powder and I thought that it would make more sense for me to get a new powder and bring that to Europe with me instead of bringing both and trying to finish that one off. I used this powder I think last year and I loved it! So I'm really excited to be trying it again!
My mom and I also thought that it didn't make much sense to bring a huge container of hairspray with us, so while I was at CVS I picked this one up. They really didn't have much of a selection for travel sized hairsprays but I'll be interested to try this out!
This I actually bought a few weeks ago because I ran out of primer, but I'm loving it so far!
I couldn't resist. After seeing all of the swatches online and hearing people rave about them I just had to cave in and get some! They are so pretty *drools*... But I'm definitely in love with these right now, I'll be doing a full review and swatches later! Oh, and this color is 035 Charm.
Again, in love. This is 001 Honey.

Sorry if the pictures look a little bit funny to you guys, I did this post on my iPad and therefore I didn't crop any of them. I feel like the quality of this pictures is pretty good though! I wanted to try out doing a blog post on it before I left for Europe that way I had options for when I'm over there! Let me know what you guys thought of the new 'iPad post' and what drugstore products have you guys been loving??

Have a beautiful day! :)

The Beauty Department Inspired Manicure

Hi guys!

Check out The Beauty Department's version here.

I'm going to keep this nice and short because I need to get ready for work! But obviously, this was an inspired manicure from the Beauty Department, to see the steps just click on the link to their website. It's super duper easy. I just used Loreals Waters Edge and Yule Love It from a Joan Rivers Christmas collection of polishes 2 years ago.

Have a wonderful day everybody! :)

The Death Cure

Hello, hello!
So I realize that it's been like forever and a day since I did a book post, but I guess that's just because I haven't really read anything recently that I thought was worth talking about! Well, until this obviously!
As you may know, I have read all 3 books in this series (<3) I have posts on both (The Maze Runner) and (The Scorch Trials).

First of all, I must say I really didn't like The Scorch Trials all that much. I thought The Maze Runner was absolutely fantastic, it had me hooked from like, page 5. The Scorch Trials, not so much. In comparison to the other books in the series, it was just mediocre. However, James Dashner did definitely redeem himself with this baby!

I am definitely a fan of the plot twists he put in this book, I really wasn't too sure how he was going to go about this seeing how the second book ended. I will admit that in the beginning of this book I hated Thomas. I didn't really want to, but I did. I guess we've sort of had a love hate relationship going on through this series, I loved him in the first book, loved him in the second until the end, hated him in the beginning of the third and then he won me over again!
Obviously, from the books that I read I am a huge fan of dystopian literature, and Mr. Dashner just made my fan girl status go up about 300 points! Boom.

I don't really want to spoil this book for you guys, but I can happily say that I loved the ending. Certain things that happened in the book did leave me heart broken, but my heart glued itself back together after I read the ending!

Unfortunately, this is the last book in the series (I think) </3. However, James Dashner did write a prequel to The Maze Runner and it's being released in August! YAY! I cannot wait to read that, I just hope that the whole loving every other book thing doesn't apply to this one.
If you hadn't already realized, I loved this book, and I highly recommend it to anyone that has read and liked, The Hunger Games series or the Matched trilogy!

And now, here are all of the little links that your heart desires-

The Maze Runner (Maze Runner Trilogy, Book 1)
The Scorch Trials (Maze Runner Trilogy, Book 2)
The Death Cure (Maze Runner Trilogy, Book 3)
The Kill Order (Maze Runner Prequel)
