  • Covergirl Lash Blast Mascara
  • Maybelline Illegal Length Mascara
  • UD Naked2 (Snakebite & YDK - Smudged into lower lash line)

Makeup Fit For A Fairy Queen?

Hi guys! :)
So I had another day off from school. I figured since I probably wouldn't be going anywhere, today would be a good day to start trying out some options for show makeup seeing as opening night is in two weeks. That sounds like a lot of time, but it's not... So this is my first 'attempt' at a possible look for my show! Keep in mind, we're doing Midsummer/Jersey and I'm Titania, the fairy queen of the forest.
What You Need:
  • Face-
    • Primer
      • Maybelline Instant Age Rewind
    • Foundation
      • Revlon Colorstay in 110 Ivory
    • Concealer
      • Revlon Spa Concealer in 001
    • Face Powder
      • ELF Tone Correcting Powder
    • Contour
      • Benefit Hoola Bronzer
    • Highlight
      • Physicians Formula Retro Glow Illuminating Powder
    • Blush
      • Clinique Powder Blush in Cupid
  • Eyes
    • Eye Primer
      • Benefit Stay Don't Stray
    • Loose Glitter
      • NYX Glitter Mania in 03 Crystal
    • Black Pencil Liner
      • NYC Waterproof Eye Pencil in Black
    • Liquid Liner
      • NYX Liquid Crystal LIner in 102 Crystal Onyx
    • False Lashes & Glue
      • Demi-Wispies
    • Mascara
      • Maybelline The Falsies in Black
  • Lips
    • Lipstick (Red or Nude)
      • NYX Snow White or MAC Hue
    • Lipbrush
The face is pretty basic, just prime and use a medium to full coverage foundation. Use a concealer and setting powder as you normally would. Then highlight, contour and add blush.

For the eyes apply an eye primer and then wet a flat shader brush and dip it into the loose glitter. I recommend putting a piece of paper or something beneath your eye to keep the glitter from sticking to your foundation. Pat the glitter onto your eyes. Once you have an even amount of glitter on both of your eyes, apply the falsies. Then take a black liquid liner to hide the band of the falsies. Use a black pencil liner to emphasize your lower lash line. Apply mascara to blend the falsies with your natural lashes.
Yeah, that's a super cute  face, I know :p. For lips if your going to go with a dark color, I suggest using a lip brush to initially apply it and then fill in and go over it with the actual lipstick.
If you decide to do a nude lip, you can just apply it the way you would normally apply any lipstick!
I think I personally prefer this look with the nude lip, but that's just me! For an actual performance I would probably choose more of a berry pink for the lips so that they don't drown under the lights! Also, next time I think I'm going to try this look but actually use eyeshadow, so do a real eye look and then put the glitter on over it! I'll definitely keep posting the looks as I try them out! Let me know if you guys have any requests or if you want me to do a basic stage makeup post. I've been doing this since I was 5 for dance recitals so it's super fun and I don't mind at all! :)

Have a beautiful day ya'll! :)

April Favorites

Favorite.Show.Ever. Have you seen it yet? You need to.

Best.Facewash.Ever. I literally have been using this stuff for a year, and I adore it. Every single time I run out, I just buy more!

This makes my hair super shiny and soft, and it makes straightening my hair so much quicker!

Hmmm... Natural but better! Love<3

Favorite.Mascara.Ever.

When I'm feeling lazy in the morning (practically everyday...) I just put a little bit of this on and smudge it out.

This gives me the perfect plummy pink look! I typically use this more in the fall, but I actually really like it  for Spring now!

Easiest liquid liner to use!

Holy coconuts! Don't you hate when you have a shampoo or conditioner that smells amazing but the scent doesn't last in your hair? Yeah, that's not a problem with this!

Makes straightening my hair go so much faster!

Makes my hair super soft & it smells delicious!

This makes my hair so soft! Also, it's very conditioning but it doesn't weigh my hair down!
My favorite pink lip color!
Sorry that this is so late guys! More posts coming soon, I promise!
Much love<3

Sinful Colors in 920 24/7
Hi guys!
Sorry I've been missing lately! I hopefully will get back into the routine of posting almost everyday soon!
I just picked up these few things over the past few days and decided to show you guys!

  1. Conair Medium Spiral Curlers- Ah! I love these! Honestly, they make doing my hair so much easier! I put these in at night and sleep with them in, then the next morning I take them out and BOOM! Beautiful hair!
  2. Wet n Wild Idol Eyes cream shadow pencil in Graphite- I've only used this once so far but I was pleasantly surprised!  I figured it would slide all over the place and give me raccoon eyes, but it didn't.
  3. Revlon Colorstay Nail Enamel in Cafe Pink- This color is so pretty! I'm pretty sure it takes about 3 coats to get it opaque.
  4. Revlon Colorstay Nail Enamel in Rich Raspberry- L.O.V.E. I sported this color on my toes to prom and it matched my dress exactly it was so perfect! I adore this color and it's super shiny without a top coat which is great.
  5. Sinful Colors in Savage- So you may have noticed that this is actually what I'm sporting right now on my finger nails! I really love this color! It's super pretty.
  6. Sinful Colors in 24/7- Holy neon pink. Literally someone poured like 850000 highlighters into this bottle of nail polish and then made it even brighter! Do you get what I'm saying?! It's insanely bright! I've never seen another color this neon, but I'm obsessed.
Let me know if you want to see more in depth reviews of any of the products, or a hair tutorial using the curlers!
Have a beautiful day! :)

  • MAC Fresh Daisy
Lips-
  • Softlips lip balm in Vanilla
  • Loreal lipstick in 'Color of Hope'
How To-
  1. Apply your favorite eyeshadow base.
  2. Take a light pink eyeshadow and apply it all over your lid.
  3. Take a shimmery beige shade and apply that on your lid, and your inner corner.
  4. Apply the light brown and pink shade in the Almay Trio along your lash line.
  5. Then take the dark brown and apply it in your crease and blend it out.
  6. Use a matte black shade and apply that to the outer 'v' of your eye, and your crease if you want a smokier look.
  7. Place the shimmery champagne color from Love Connection all over your lid to add some extra shine.
  8. Take that same color and place it along the inner third of your lower lash line.
  9. Line your eyes with your favorite liquid liner and then apply some mascara!
Yeah, I know that was kind of a lot of steps, and quite a few different shades, but I really like the way that it turned out! :) It's definitely versatile because you can smoke it out for a night time look, or keep it shimmery and natural(ish) for day time!

What are your thoughts on this look?

Have a beautiful day! :)
