Let me just say, the photos do not do this polish justice. Hmm... how can I describe this? Ok! Take about 10000 neon pink highlighters and pour them into a bottle, add some nail polish stuff and then make it even brighter! Yeah, that sounds pretty accurate! This seems like it's actually a really popular color so you may have already seen this, or own this! I can understand why everybody is in love, this is by far the brightest neon pink color that I have ever seen,
ever. Anyways! I got this bottle at Rite Aid for $1.99. So, if you can afford to splurge, I say buy it! ;)
3 coats to opaque, with a top coat over it.
